Usage & Precautions

1．Cleaning the base surface: First, chisel the leakage point or leakage joint into a vertical bell mouth, clean up debris or loose powder, and moisten with water;
2．Dosage: A. Waterproof and impermeable engineering (powder: water=1:0.5), adjusted to a uniform putty shape; B. Water plugging project (powder: water=1:0.3), it is advisable to mix it into a ball shape；
3．Waterproof and impermeable: According to the "plastering method", the coating is generally applied 2-3 times, and each process should cross horizontally and vertically. The dosage for non permeable surfaces is 2.0kg/m2, and for severe permeable surfaces is 3.0kg/m2;
4．Water plugging: According to the "plugging method", the leakage point should be chiseled into a U-shaped mouth or dovetail groove, and when the material group is slightly hard, it should be inserted into the seepage point. The surface should be compacted and smoothed; For severe leakage points, (dry powder can be sprinkled for compaction or intubation for drainage and pressure reduction), first block the upper leakage, then block the lower leakage, and finally block the pressure reduction hole;
5.Moisturizing and maintenance: After hardening, the moisturizing and maintenance methods include: water spraying, covering with plastic cloth, wet objects, etc.

Packaging & Storage

This product is 25 ± 0.5kg/bag, and can also be customized according to customer requirements; Store in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months; This product is suitable for construction in an environment of 5-40 ℃; This product absorbs water and moisture, and should be used all at once after opening; Prevent puncture, moisture, and sun protection during storage and transportation.
