Application

Uses & Cautions

1．Dosage: 8-12% (by cementitious material);
2．Since the fiber component is mixed in this product, it will increase the viscosity of the concrete mixture and reduce the slump slightly. Each project requires a different slump, so the slump should be adjusted by testing before using. If the slump cannot meet the construction requirements, it should not be improved by increasing the water consumption, but should appropriately to increase the slump by using plasticizers or water reducers to meet the construction requirements;
3．The mixing time is 60 seconds longer than that of ordinary concrete to ensure that the fibers can be mixed evenly in the concrete; After the concrete is hardened, it should be maintained in time to keep the concrete in a moist state.

Package& Storage

This product is 25 ± 0.5kg/bag, and can also be customized according to customer requirements; The shelf life is 12 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it must be retested and qualified before use; This product is non flammable and explosive, non-toxic and pollution-free; Prevent puncture, moisture, and sun protection during storage and transportation.
