Concrete Admixture

CONMIX HK-4 is ready–to-use, non-chloride liquid water reducing admixture, it is efficient and economical, which is used to retard and stabilize setting time by controlling the hydration of cementitious materials. It also helps to improve concrete workability and ultimate strengths of concrete. Complies with ASTM 494, Type D.

CONMIX HK-3 is a ready to use water reducing liquid admixture, it is naphthalene based, significantly reduces the quantity of mixing water necessary to produce concrete of a given consistency, and increases strengths and significantly improves permeability, workability and finishing characteristics. It complies with ASTM 494, Type A&F.

HK-2 is a high-strength pumping agent, an admixture specially designed for long-distance transportation of commercial concrete and on-site pumping.

HK-1 Polycarboxylate high performance water reducer is a new generation of environmentally-friendly high-performance water reducing agent independently developed by our company. It is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid. The main component is a series of polycarboxylic acid polymers with a molecular weight of 5000-50000, including three series of standard type, early strength type and retarding type. The high water-reducing rate of this product can perfectly solve the shortcomings of high-strength, high-performance concrete with high viscosity and poor construction performance, and is suitable for various concrete projects.

HK-7 is formulated by polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer and other functional admixture, with high water reduction, high reinforcement, ultra-early strength, low shrinkage and other performance. The product has strong adaptability to concrete preparation materials and low dosage, especially suitable for the production of concrete precast components.

HK-F011 is a formulated admixture with anti-sulfate corrosion, anti-rust, water-reducing, anti-corrosion, strengthening and other functions. It is suitable for basic engineering underwater or below freezing line, as well as concrete in marine environment, seaside areas, saline-alkali areas, etc. project.

The products mainly implement GB/T31296-2014 "Sulfate-resistant and corrosion-inhibiting admixtures for concrete"; JC/T 1011-2006 "Sulfate corrosion-resistance admixtures for concrete"; all performance indicators meet or exceed the standard requirements.

This product is mainly composed of grinding slag, silicon powder, silica fume, chemical compacting agent, etc. It can reduce the temperature rise, increase the late strength, and improve the workability and the internal structure of the concrete. It also helps to increase the compactness of the concrete, improve the durability and erosion resistance, inhibit the reaction of alkali-aggregate, increase wear resistance, crack resistance, and enhance the anti-seepage and anti-freeze performance. 

HKSN-1 is made of aluminum oxide clinker as the main component and then calcined and ground. The main function is to accelerate the concrete setting and is suitable for shotcrete. Because of its important characteristics, the concrete can be coagulated and hardened in a short time after being sprayed. It is a kind of coagulant that accelerates the cement hydration reaction and significantly shortens the setting time. It is essential for tunnel, repair construction, anti-seepage, plugging and anchoring, etc.

HKSN-II Flash Setting Admixture (liquid) is an agent which produced by our company for wet spraying process. Its main function is to adjust the concrete setting and hardening speed for sprayed concrete. With its important characteristics, the concrete can be hardened in a short time after being sprayed, which can accelerate the hydration reaction of the cement and significantly shorten the setting time. Other properties can meet various construction process requirements while maintaining various properties of concrete. It is an indispensable chemical pillar product for repairing, rushing, anti-seepage, plugging and anchoring.

This product is a new generation of high-efficiency, environmentally friendly chlorine-free and alkali-free liquid flash setting admixture. It can significantly promote cement hydration and increase the strength of concrete, and has good compatibility with various cements. It is widely applicable to the wet spraying production process of various projects, reducing dust in construction, and has less rebound loss, good concrete homogeneity, and significant economic benefits.

This product is a gray powder. It reacts chemically with cement mineral components in the presence of water. The reaction product is hydrated calcium sulphoaluminate (i.e. ettringite) or calcium hydroxide or ferrous hydroxide, etc., which will cause expanding effect. Under the constraint of steel bar and ortho position, a certain pre-stressing stress is generated to prevent or reduce harmful cracks in the structure; the generated reactant crystals have the function of filling and clogging capillary pores, and increasing the compactness of the concrete.
