HK-7 Polycarboxylate high performance water reducer for concrete pile
Performance
● High water reduction rate, according to the national standard GB8076"Concrete Admixture", the product has more than 25% of water reduction rate.
● High early strength, high reinforcement, the strength of all ages can reach the national standard, shorten the concrete release time, and the strength of the concrete in the later period does not shrink.
● Good and easy to use, good anti-segregation performance under strong vibration, small pumping resistance, easy to transport, low concrete air content, high appearance quality.
● Low shrinkage, stable volume, can significantly reduce the risk of surface cracking of precast components, improve the durability.
● Very low alkali content, no chloride ions, no corrosive effect on steel bar.
● Strong adaptability, the product is adapted to a variety of specifications, models of cement, and slag, fly ash and so on.
The product performance is stable, non-toxic and pollution-free.
Dosage
1.5%~2.5% by weight of cementitious materials. Actual dosage depends on the test. It is also available to consult our technicians.

Dosage
The normally recommended dosage rate is 0.5%~2.5% of weight of cementitious material.
In all cases, test is recommended to achieve the desired concrete property.
Note
Before use, it is recommended to perform a mix ratio experiment to determine the optimal dosage. When changing the variety of cement, compatibility tests should be done.
It must be determined experimentally before mixing with other admixtures.
It must be calculated correctly according to the experimental mix ratio, and the concrete should be strictly operated according to the construction specifications when pouring concrete.
Do not formulate with naphthalene admixtures. When used in combination with other admixtures, their suitability should be tested; As with conventional concrete projects, curing must be strengthened according to construction specifications.
Package& Storage
This product is liquid, packed in 200kg plastic drum or 1000kg IBC tank, and can be customized according to customer needs.
