Performance

This product has good anti-corrosion effect, adjustable setting time, good anti-rust effect, good adaptability, can adapt to various types of cement, no chlorine, low alkali, no rust, non-toxic, harmless to steel bars, and harmless to health and the environment, and it can also be specially customized according to customer's materials and requirements.

Application

This product can resist the erosion of certain concentrations of SO42-, Cl-, HCO3-, CO2, NH4-, Mg2+ and other salts, pantothenic acid in the basement, surface water, seawater, sewage, saline soil, and lava salt in the environment, and erosion of mortar or concrete by aggressive substances.
It is suitable for seaport, water conservancy, sewage, tunnel, water diversion, road, bridge, industrial and civil building foundation and other projects subject to environmental erosion, such as:
1. Marine environment, including underwater area, tidal area, splash area and marine atmospheric area;
2. Seaside areas, including soil areas with corrosive groundwater and onshore areas within 300m from the high tide coastline
3. Saline-alkali areas;
4. Reinforced concrete bridges using de-icing (snow) salt;
5. And other concrete projects requiring anti-sulfate rust inhibitor.

Using &Caution

1. The recommended dosage range of this product is 2%～4%. Users can make trial mix according to engineering construction requirements, material characteristics, etc. to determine the optimal dosage.
2. It should be accurately measured in use.
3. This product cannot be used together with naphthalene-based superplasticizers. When it is used with other types of admixtures, it should be confirmed by tests.
4. After the concrete is poured, it should be cured according to the construction regulations. The different sand and stone mud content and the quality of admixtures has a certain influence on the water-reducing effect of the product, so aggregates and admixtures that meet the standards should be selected.
5. While using this product, the quality, workability and impermeability of concrete (or mortar) should be guaranteed.
6. In special corrosive conditions and important projects, in addition to using this product, other protective measures should be taken.

Package& storage

1. This product is liquid and can be packed in 200kg plastic drum or 1000kg IBC tank.
2. The shelf life of the product is 1 year. During storage, pay attention to anti-leakage, anti-exposure and anti-high temperature. After the expiration date, tests should be carried out to determine product performance.
3. This product is non-flammable, explosive, non-toxic and non-polluting.
