Dilution ratio with water: 1:4~1:6
Dosage: 10~15m2/kg after dilution

Application

Suitable for pumping concrete in industrial and civil buildings and other structures; especially suitable for mass concrete, high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings; also suitable for underwater cast-in-place pile concrete. It can be applied to concrete of different strength grades.

Instructions for use

1. Clean all rust and dirt on the template or mold, and remove any water on the surface of the board.
2. Take a clean large bucket, mix the release agent with water in a ratio of 1:4~6 and stir thoroughly.
3. After mixed with water, spray the demolding agent solution evenly on the template. After spraying, mop it evenly with a sponge mop for better results. When the white water droplets completely fade away, start to pour concrete (if the formwork is washed by rain before the white water droplets fade away completely, it needs to be re-sprayed before pouring).
4. After removing the formwork, simply clean the surface of the formwork and it can be used again.

Note

1. Use clean, odorless water to mix with the demolding agent:
2. If the product mixed with water is left to stand for more than 30 minutes, it needs to be stirred again before spraying, and be sure to use it within one week.
3. The product needs to be sprayed evenly. The operation of spraying or brushing unevenly may cause mold sticking.

Please store above 5℃, it needs to be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place to avoid exposure to sunlight and freezing. Please use as soon as possible after opening..

Shelf life

Normally, the shelf life is 10 months. Once exceeds the shelf life, it can be used after the approval of test.
