HKRMA-1 ANTI CORROSIVE AGENT

This product is mainly composed of grinding slag, silicon powder, silica fume, chemical compacting agent, etc. It can reduce the temperature rise, increase the late strength, and improve the workability and the internal structure of the concrete. It also helps to increase the compactness of the concrete, improve the durability and erosion resistance, inhibit the reaction of alkali-aggregate, increase wear resistance, crack resistance, and enhance the anti-seepage and anti-freeze performance. Therefore, it is one of the necessary components of high-performance concrete; especially it can increase the compactness of concrete as well as inhibit the erosion of sulfate. Therefore, this material is used as an auxiliary cementing material in foreign countries. It can improve the workability and water retention, and greatly improve the water erosion resistance of concrete. It is one of the materials that must be mixed at the outlet of the reservoir dam.

    Performance

    The product implements JC/T1011-2006 SULFATE CORROSION-RESISTANCE ADMIXTURES FOR CONCRETE, and all performance indicators meet the above standard requirements.
    It is compounded by different grinding materials, which can significantly change the particle gradation and increase the compactness and late strength of the concrete (The concrete could be increased by 25% compared with that without this product in 120 days strength, and it will keep increasing in following days and even can be increased by more than 60% after one year).

    Recommended dosage

    The recommended dosage is 4%～10%. Users can do trial test according to the design mix, to meet the user's requirements and then select the best dosage.

    Package& Storage

    Packed in woven bags, 25kg per bag, or customized according to customers’ requirement.
    It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.
