Performance

Used as a concrete additive: it can slow down the hydration of cement, prolong the setting time and extend the service life of concrete, no negative effect on the quality of concrete in hot weather;
1. Used as steel surface cleaning agent. If the steel surface needs to be plated, chromed, tinned, or nickel-plated for special purposes, the addition of sodium gluconate to the cleaning agent can achieve very good results;
2. Used as a special cleaning agent for glass bottles. It has strong detergency and ideal performance for removing bottle stickers and bottle neck rust，especially for solution of incrustation block problem from bottle washer in nozzles and pipes;
3. Can be used in many industrial fields such as electroplating, film manufacturing, etc;

Specification

Dosage

As concrete retarder, recommend dosage with 0.01% to 0.1% by weight of cementitious material, actual dosage depends on the test. It is also available to consult our technicians. When use as Concrete Retarder, please pay attention as follow :
1. Dosage is based on the percentage of cementitious material weight.
2. If mixing with other functional admixtures in solution under hot weather, it is better to mix for immediate use to avoid the solution get bad and mouldy.
3. If using this product for the first time, or cement and other admixture changes, test is required to redetermine the best dosage.
4. Dosage is better no more than 0.2%, excessive dosage may affect the bleeding rate and strength of concrete.

Packaging & Storage

25kg woven plastic bag with film liner, or 1150kg jumbo bag. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.

Shelf life

Normally, the shelf life is 12 months. Once exceeds the shelf life, it can be used after the approval of test.
