Performance

The product implements GB/T 35159-2017 "quick-setting agent for shotcrete" and JC477-2005 "quick-setting agent for shotcrete" standards, and all the performance indexes meet the requirements of the above standards.
1．It can adjust the quick-setting effect by adjusting the dosage appropriately;
2．It has good adaptability to cement, high viscosity, small rebound, high strength in the late stage, and large spraying thickness;
3．Short initial and final setting times;
In the appropriate dosage, the initial setting time of cement slurry 1 ~ 5 minutes, the final setting time of 5 ~ 10 minutes.

Use & Caution

1．The dosage is 1%～6%, adjusted according to differences in cement composition;
2．Mix the mixed concrete with the quick setting agent and quickly load it into the spraying machine;
3．This product has the best effect on ordinary Portland cement. If other cement is used, a trial mix test should be conducted;
The engineering of seepage and leakage must increase the dosage.

Package & storage

1．This product is in powder form, packaged in 25 ± 0.5kg/bag woven plastic bags, lined with film, and can be customized according to customer needs;
2．The shelf life of this product is 3 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, the product performance should be determined through testing;
3．This product is non flammable, explosive, non-toxic, pollution-free, and not edible;
Prevent puncture, moisture, and sun protection during storage and transportation.
