Performance

This product mainly implements the standard GB/T 23439-2017 Expansive agents for concrete. All the performance meet or exceed the requirements of this standard.

Application

This product is suitable for compensating shrinkage concrete: underground, underwater, tunnel and other structures, large volume concrete (except for dams), reinforced pavement, roof and bathroom waterproofing, component reinforcement, leakage repair, prestressed concrete, backfilling grooves, etc; Expansion concrete for filling: structural post pouring strip, tunnel plug, filling between steel pipes and tunnels, etc; Expansion mortar for grouting: grouting the base of mechanical equipment, fixing anchor bolts, beam column joints, component reinforcement, reinforcement, etc; Self stressing concrete: Self stressing reinforced concrete pressure pipes used only at room temperature.

Uses

1．The recommended dosage is 8~12%. The user can perform a trial test according to the design requirements to obtain the best dosage;
2．This product is forbidden to apply in projects above 80 °C for long time. Insulation measures should be taken when the construction temperature is lower than 5 °C;
After the concrete construction is completed, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance, and keep the full humidity no less than 7d.

Package& storage

1．This product is 25 ± 0.5kg/bag, packaged in kraft paper bags, and can also be customized according to user needs;
2．The shelf life of the product is 1 year, and after exceeding the shelf life, the product performance should be determined through testing;
3．This product is non flammable and explosive, non-toxic, and pollution-free;
Prevent puncture, moisture, and sun protection during storage and transportation.
