Performance

The product complies with GB/T 35159-2017 "Flash Setting Admixtures for Shotcrete" and JC477-2005 "Flash Setting Admixtures for Shotcrete" standards, and all performance indicators meet the requirements of the above standards.
1．According to the design requirements for the bonding time of concrete, select an appropriate dosage that can be used as a concrete setting agent for various construction projects;
2．It has good adaptability to cement, high viscosity, low rebound, and low corrosiveness. Its later strength and one-time spraying thickness are higher than other rapid setting agents;
3．Short interval between initial and final setting times;
4．Low alkalinity reduces the corrosiveness to human skin;
5．At an appropriate dosage, the initial setting time of cement slurry is 1-5 minutes, and the final setting time is 5-10 minutes;
The intensity can be increased by about 1-3 times in one day.

Uses & Precautions

1．The dosage is 1%～6%, adjusted according to differences in cement composition;
2．Mix the mixed concrete with the quick setting agent and quickly load it into the spraying machine;
3．This product has the best effect on ordinary Portland cement. If other cement is used, a trial mix test should be conducted;
The engineering of seepage and leakage must increase the dosage.

Dosage

The normally recommended dosage rate is 0.5%～2.5% of weight of cementitious material.
In all cases, test is recommended to achieve the desired concrete property.

Package & storage

1．This product is liquid, packed in 1 ton IBC tank or 200 kg plastic drums, and can be customized according to customer needs.;
2．The shelf life of this product is 90 days. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Product performance should be determined if it is beyond the shelf life;
This product is non-flammable and explosive, non-toxic, non-pollution, but have corrosive and inedible.
