Performance

This product has a high water reduction rate, which can reach 12%～30%, and the slump loss is small. It can meet the long-distance transportation of commercial concrete, without bleeding, no segregation, good water retention, low concrete internal friction, and a certain retardation. It can significantly improve and enhance the compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile strength, impermeability and durability of concrete.

Application

Suitable for pumping concrete in industrial and civil buildings and other structures; especially suitable for mass concrete, high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings; also suitable for underwater cast-in-place pile concrete. It can be applied to concrete of different strength grades.

Using &Caution

1. The recommended dosage of this product ranges from 0.5% to 2.0%. The user can make a trial to determine the best dosage according to the project construction requirements, material characteristics, etc.
2. It should be accurately measured during use to avoid large dosage errors and prevent heavy mixing and omission of mixing.
3. When this product is used in combination with other kinds of admixtures, it should be confirmed by experiment.
4. After the concrete is poured, the concrete should be cured in accordance with the construction regulations. The difference in the mud content of sand and stone and the quality of the admixture has a certain impact on the water reducing effect of the product, so aggregates and admixtures that meet the standards should be selected.

Package& storage

1. Packed in 200kg plastic drum or 1000kg IBC tank.
2. The shelf life of the product is 1 year. During the storage process, pay attention to prevent leakage, exposure to sunlight, and high temperature. After the expiration date, the product performance should be determined by testing.
3. This product is non-flammable, explosive, non-toxic, non-polluting.
