High water reducing rate. By the recommended dosage, the water reducing rate can reach 15% -28%, with obvious performance of early strength.
1. Improve the workability of concrete and enhance concrete property, such as fracture resistance, compressive resistance and long term strength etc.
2. Save cost. In the case of maintaining the same workability and strength, cement consumption will be reduced, and can improve concrete fluidity, enhance the bonding between concrete and steel bar.
3. Wide adaptability, cost-effective. It has good adaptability to various cement, such as silicate cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag cement, volcanic ash cement, etc.
4. Be mother material to formulate other functional admixtures, like type of early strength, set retarding, pumping, and antifreezing etc.

Dosage

0.5%-1.2% by weight of cementitious material. Actual dosage depends on the test. It is also available to consult our technicians.
When use as Concrete Precast, please pay attention as follow :
1. Dosage is based on the cementitious material weight.
2. It is better to mix with water firstly, then add into concrete.
3. Properly prolong the mixing time, and make sure the admixture is well mixed with concrete.

Packaging & Storage

25kg woven plastic bag/ 25kg kraft paper bag with film liner; 650kg jumbo bag. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated, dry and keep away from moisture.

Shelf life

Normally, the shelf life is 12 months. Once exceeds the shelf life, it can be used after the approval of test.
