HKSN-II Flash Setting Admixture (Liquid, non alkali)
Performance
The product implements GB/T 35159 Flash Setting Admixtures for Shotcrete, and all performance meet the above standard requirements. The product has good adaptability to cement, high viscosity, small rebound, high strength in the later stage, and large thickness for one shot. The flash setting effect can be adjusted by appropriately adjusting the dosage.
Uses & Precautions
1．The recommend dosage is 6-9%, please make adjustment according to the different cement and setting time;
2．Mix the batched concrete with the flash setting admixture, and then quickly load it into the sprayer;
This product works well with ordinary Portland cement. For other cements, test is suggested.

Package & storage
1．This product is liquid and packaged in 1 ton IBC drums or 200 kg plastic drums. It can be customized according to customer needs;
2．The shelf life of this product is 90 days and should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and moisture-proof dedicated warehouse. After the shelf life is exceeded, the product performance should be determined through testing;
This product is non flammable and explosive, non-toxic, pollution-free, and not edible.
