HK-1 Polycarboxylate high performance water reducer is a new generation of environmentally-friendly high-performance water reducing agent independently developed by our company. It is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid. The main component is a series of polycarboxylic acid polymers with a molecular weight of 5000-50000, including three series of standard type, early strength type and retarding type. The high water-reducing rate of this product can perfectly solve the shortcomings of high-strength, high-performance concrete with high viscosity and poor construction performance, and is suitable for various concrete projects.

Uses

This product can be used for plain concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete. It is recommended for high strength concrete, self-compacting concrete, pumping concrete, fair-faced concrete, precast concrete and steel tube concrete. It is recommended for high volume stability, high durability or Concrete with high workability requirements.

Recommended Dosage

The normal dosage is 0.8%～1.2% of the total amount of cementitious materials. We suggest determining it by professional technicians according to the test conditions.

Package& storage

Packed in 200kg plastic drum or 1000kg IBC tank, packaging specifications can be determined according to customer requirements;
This product is weakly acidic and will corrode iron containers and affect product performance. Please use plastic containers for storage.
Store in a ventilated place, away from sunlight and moisture. Please take antifreeze measures in winter. After the shelf life, the product performance should be determined through testing.
