HK-JAF Cement Grinding Aid Agent

Cement grinding aid is a chemical additive added during the grinding process of cement materials that can significantly improve the grinding efficiency or reduce energy consumption without damaging the performance of the cement.

    Performance

    1. It can greatly reduce the phenomenon of electrostatic adsorption of balls formed during the grinding process, and can also reduce the tendency of ultrafine particles formed during the grinding process to coalesce again.
    2. It can significantly improve the fluidity of cement, improve the grinding effect of the mill and the powder selection efficiency of the powder separator, thereby reducing grinding energy consumption.
    3. Cement produced using grinding aids has a lower compaction and agglomeration tendency, which facilitates cement loading and unloading and reduces wall hanging in the cement warehouse.
    4. As a chemical activator, grinding aids can improve the distribution of cement particles and stimulate hydration dynamics, thereby improving the early strength and later strength of cement.

    Application&Dosage

    1. Application: Applicable to cements of various types and strength grades in the general silicate cement standards.
    2. Dosage of this product: 0.05%-0.1%

    Operation

    1. Small mill test:
    In order to test the applicability of this product with the raw materials of cement production enterprises, a small mill test should be conducted first. After the applicability test is determined, the large mill trial production test should be conducted.
    2. Large mill test:
    1). Calibration
    Configure the liquid metering pump according to the size of the mill output, and calibrate the flow rate of the grinding aid according to the hourly output of the mill after selecting the feeding point. Use a stopwatch and a measuring cylinder to measure the total outflow of the grinding aid within 1 minute, and adjust the flow rate of the grinding aid to the theoretical value.
    2). Washing and Activation
    Add the grinding aid to the material at a slightly higher than specified dosage and grind it into the mill for 1-2 hours as a washing and activation process.
    3). Production Increase Adjustment
    After the activation is completed, enter the production increase stage of the mill, control the fineness and specific surface of the product within the normal range, and gradually increase the output of the mill by listening to the change of the grinding sound. While increasing the output, the dosage of the grinding aid should also be increased accordingly. Under normal circumstances, if the current of the mill tail hoist drops or the product fineness becomes finer, and the grinding sound is crisp, the production can be increased directly without changing the dosage of the grinding aid. In principle, the production increase should not exceed 5% of the original hourly output each time. The production increase should be divided into 2 to 4 times. The later the production increase, the smaller the production increase should be, and the total range is 10 to 20%.
    3. Effect evaluation: In the large mill test, under the same ratio of clinker and mixed materials, the application of this high-efficiency cement grinding aid can increase the strength by 3-5MPa, and reduce the cement fineness (45μm square hole sieve residue) by 2.0% or increase the specific surface area by more than 10㎡/kg. When the clinker is reduced by 6%-12%, it can be on par with the various indicators of cement production without the use of grinding aids, and increase the hourly output by 10%-30%.
    4. Actual production application: A. Selection of flow pump model, determine the flow pump model according to the hourly output of the mill. B. Position selection, select a suitable position on the grinding head or feeding belt. C. After normal operation, check each pipe joint regularly to see if there is any leakage and whether the pump is operating normally.

    Caution

    1. After using the liquid agent, the material flow rate may increase and the fineness may be coarse. At that time, adjusting the grinding body gradation of the mill can improve the situation.
    2. If the liquid agent is stored for a long time, precipitation and color change may occur. When using it, just stir it evenly, which will not affect the effect.

    Package& storage

    The product is packed in plastic tanks and the shelf life is half a year. This product should be stored indoors to avoid direct sunlight and long-term exposure to air to avoid moisture evaporation.
