Performance

The product mainly implements TB/T3192-2008 "Technical Specification of Cable Grouts on Post-prestressed Concrete Railway Gride", JTG/TF50-2011 "Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Bridge and Culverts", and Q-CR 9207-2017 "Technical Specification for Construction of Railway Concrete Works", which has the characteristics of easy to use, good fluidity, micro-expansion, and long service life. Pipeline compression slurry can be used directly with water, and pipeline compression slurry needs to be tested for adaptability with on-site cement.

Application Scope

HKGJ-I pipeline grouting agent is mainly suitable for small volume equipment foundation grouting, reinforcement steel plate filling grouting, prestressed hole grouting, bolt anchoring and other engineering projects.

Uses

It is recommended to use mechanical mixing with a speed of more than 2000 rpm and a mixing time of 5 minutes, and the slurry should be continuously mixed during the grouting process.

Package & Storage

1．This product is a powder, packaged in a paper bag lined with a thin film, weighing 25 ± 0.5kg/bag. It can also be customized according to customer needs;
2．The shelf life of this product is 6 months. After exceeding the shelf life, the product performance should be determined through testing;
3．This product is non flammable and explosive, non-toxic, pollution-free, and not edible;
