HK-KL Anti Crack Plastering Mortar

HK-KL is made from cement as a cementitious material, with the addition of various organic polymer and inorganic substances; It can be divided into two types of plastering mortar: single component and two-component; It has advantages such as high bonding strength, good flexibility, impermeability, waterproofing, crack resistance, and easy construction; It can effectively control cracks caused by factors such as plasticity, drying shrinkage, and temperature changes in mortar, and prevent and suppress problems such as cracks and leakage.

Using

Used for surface plastering of walls in various positions, especially for building exterior walls, polystyrene boards for external insulation, and extruded plastic boards.

Dosage

Mix with water in a ratio of 1:5-7, and adjust the water consumption according to the thickness and construction environment. The normal practice for plastering mortar is 4-6 kg/m².

Packaging & Storage

This product is a powder, packaged in a paper bag lined with a thin film, weighing 25 ± 0.5kg. It can also be customized according to customer needs; Non toxic, odorless, and radiation free, meeting environmental requirements; Prevent puncture, moisture, and sun protection during storage and transportation.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of this product is 6 months. During storage, attention should be paid to moisture and sunlight protection. After the shelf life, the product performance should be determined by testing.
