Application

Used in mortar, plastering mortar, cement mortar, asbestos tiles, hollow bricks, lightweight boards and other cement products for various industrial and civil buildings.

Instructions

Add a small amount of water in the tank, then pour in the CONMIX-SJW, stir for two turns, when the water is foaming, pour the cement and sand into the mixing tank, and add water at the same time. The mixing time is 3-5 minutes. The amount of water should be adjusted to meet the construction requirements. In case of manual mixing, the product should be first dissolved in water and then mix it into the mortar.

Dosage

The dosage of mortar king is 0.05% -0.2% of the cement dosage. If mortar king is mixed with M5 mixed mortar and cement is 100 pounds, it is necessary to add mortar king 100 × 0.4%=0.4 pounds, which means 0.4 pounds=200 grams of mortar instead of lime in the mixed mortar, with the same amount of sand used. The initial mixing mortar dosage should be slightly increased, and the specific dosage will be determined based on on-site debugging.
