Application

It is suitable for floor leveling in new construction and maintenance projects of residential or commercial buildings. It can also be laid with epoxy resin coating, wooden floor, ceramic tile, rubber floor, linen floor, marble or carpet, etc.

Instructions

1．Construction environment: Nighttime construction is recommended when the ground temperature is above 10 ℃;
2．Ground inspection: strength, moisture content, and flatness of the base layer;
3．Ground pre-treatment: polishing and cleaning of pollution, filling voids with floating ash, setting up partition strips, sticking adhesive tape on the wall edges, and applying interface agents;
4．Mixing: A. Adding water: The water consumption should be between 14-20%, and the water consumption can be adjusted according to different dilution requirements of the repair site; Before mixing, the work should be sufficient. Prepare plenty of water buckets, mix the self leveling mortar, manually assist in leveling, mix the water evenly according to the requirements, and let it stand for 5 minutes without clumping, then pour it into the ground after mixing for 1 minute. Self leveling specialized mixers can also be used for construction;
5．Construction personnel can wear spiked shoes to enter the construction ground, use a toothed scraper to scrape the mortar surface layer flat, use a dedicated exhaust pipe to roll the ground and expel air, avoiding bubbles, rough surfaces, and interface height differences;
6．Construction time control: The self leveling ground must be continuously constructed without stopping, and the mixed materials should be used up within 30 minutes;
7．After hardening, wet burlap bags, grass curtains, etc. can be used to cover and maintain for 1-3 days;
Post processing: After the construction (maintenance) is completed, a polishing machine should be used for fine leveling treatment, while also removing surface pores, particles, and floating dust.

Package & Storage

1．This product is a powder, packaged in paper bags lined with film, with a weight of 25 ± 0.5kg/bag. It can also be customized according to customer needs;
2．The shelf life of this product is 6 months. After exceeding the shelf life, the product performance should be determined through testing;
3．This product is non flammable and explosive, non-toxic, pollution-free, and not edible;
